Using the services of busyIFA means that the IFA can request work without the need to employ a full time PA or Paraplanner. Or indeed, if the IFAs support staff are too busy the work can be outsourced. We do not encourage IFAs to dismiss existing staff members because their time can be used more efficiently in performing tasks in other aspects of the IFA business.
