• Notwithstanding the foregoing, none of the exclusions and limitations in these terms are intended to limit any rights You may have as a consumer under statute which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to You for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
• These shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Payment fee

• busyIFA receives 25% of the IFA payment fee
• On completion of the work and payment from the IFA, the Paraplanner receives 75% of the payment
• Payment fees are on a "pay-as-you go", “pay per case” basis.
• Payment of services is via PayPal which operates a secure server in the processing of credit/debit

Reports and research completion dates

• The Paraplanner’s associated with WHY Associates Limited aim to respond with the required reports and documentation, electronically to financial advisors/planners within three(3) working days on the premise that they have been provided with all the information required to complete such work.
